Refund Policy

Effective date: July 1, 2025

We want you to feel confident using RelayRaven.

If you’re not satisfied with your experience and you’ve completed an onboarding or support call with our team, we’ll refund your first payment in full—as long as you contact us within 30 days of your initial signup.

This refund applies to all subscription tiers, including monthly and annual plans.

To keep things fair, accounts that have used more than 80% of their included monthly or annual plan quota may not be eligible for a full refund.
