We only access your YouTube data with your explicit consent via Google’s secure OAuth authorization process. We store OAuth tokens securely and use them solely to perform the services you request.

Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke RelayRaven’s access to your data at any time by visiting your Google security settings page.

Podcast Hosting

If you use RelayRaven to host podcasts, we will use your uploaded audio files and related metadata to generate, manage, and distribute your episodes across external podcast directories. These services are provided only with your explicit request and consent.

OAuth access tokens are encrypted at rest, securely transmitted, and never shared with any third parties. We do not use these tokens for any purpose other than to perform the services explicitly granted by you.

If you opt into our podcast hosting or distribution features, we may share the audio content and related metadata (e.g., title, speaker name, description, tags) with third-party podcast distribution platforms such as Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or others, depending on your selected publishing settings.

How We Protect Your Information

It is important to note that while we make efforts to protect your data, security measures are not impenetrable.
